Name Changes

Mizrahi Inc. changed its name from Mizrahi Design Associates to reflect the company's 21-year evolution from a communication planning and design firm to a creative marketing communications firm that solves business problems through integrated services of strategy, branding, design and communications. New Business/New Offices

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC said its Washington branch office moved to 375 Southpointe Boulevard, third floor, Canonsburg. Call 724-743-3301.

The Waterfront announced three new store openings in Town Center within the last few months:

• Pennsylvania Winery, which offers over 50 wines from Heritage Wine Cellar as well as gifts and accessories.

• Carter's Kids and Baby, which offers quality and affordable baby, toddler and children's clothes.

• The Waterfront Café / Curry in a Hurry, which offers a unique blend of gourmet sandwiches, salads and traditional Indian cuisine.

The Musuneggi Financial Group moved to Manor Oak II, Suite 510, 1910 Cochran Road, Green Tree. Call 412-341-2888. An open house for clients and the public will be held 2 to 7 p.m. Dec. 11. Participants are encouraged to bring a toy to donate to the Toys for Tots annual Christmas Toy Drive.

Contracts

Virtual Edge Collaborative has been hired by Delaware-based trucking holding company, Transport Investments Inc., to help launch TILT (Transport Investments Logistics Tool), the company's new Web-based tool for owner-operators.

Following a design competition Desmone & Associates was selected to design the renovation of all ballroom, lobby, public space and corridors within the DoubleTree Hotel, Pittsburgh City Center. In October Philips Respironics opened its 8,100-square-foot Bright Horizons Child Development Center along the Golden Mile in Plum. The center is housed within a newly renovated facility designed by Desmone & Associates Architects and Horizon Design. The project involved building a new 4,800-square-foot addition, a playground and an upgraded security system with amenities for infants to preschool age.

Dividends

Koppers Holdings Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of 22 cents per common share, payable Jan. 5 to stockholders of record Nov. 17.
